Less than 10 minutes’ drive from Montgomerie Park, Irvine town centre offers up a good selection of high-street and independent shops. For everyday essentials, there are three major supermarkets situated within a 10-minute drive from the development.

Irvine also presents a decent mix of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and bistros, including popular chains and local independents.

Montgomerie Park is located four miles from Irvine train station. From here, regular connections to Ayr, Glasgow Central, and Glasgow Prestwick Airport are available. By road, Glasgow Prestwick Airport is just over 10 miles away, via the A78, while Glasgow Airport is just over 30 minutes’ drive via the A737.

Major roads within easy reach of the development include the A737, A78, A71, A77 and A79, and these routes provide easy travel around Ayrshire and towards Glasgow.
