Glasgow is a 20-minute drive away, or a 12-minute journey from Gilmour Street station in Paisley. Home to a rich selection of leisure, enjoy Glasgow Cathedral, the city’s Botanic Gardens, crazy golf, and an array of art galleries and museums.

Loch Lomond is 48 minutes’ drive away, the famed freshwater loch offering breathtaking scenery, hiking trails, water sports, an aquarium, a bird of prey centre, and a golf course.

Those who rely on public transport benefit from being just a six-minute walk away from Dykebar Hospital bus stop, with regular routes terminating at Paisley. From Paisley town centre, there are regular services to Glasgow, Braehead, and Silverburn.

For travel by train, residents have ample choice; Barrhead train station is two miles away, Paisley train station is 10 minutes in the car, and Mosspark train station is just a quarter of an hour’s drive away.

Drivers are well-connected to the local road network. The B711 and M8 are within easy reach, as is the A726, leading commuters to the M77 in 16 minutes and the M74 within 12 miles.

Jet across the globe at Glasgow Airport, reached in 15 minutes when driving, with domestic routes also available.

Acquire everyday amenities at one of several large supermarkets situated along Neilston Road just three miles away. The road also features a petrol station, pharmacy, pubs, and bars – along with a selection of independent businesses.

Popular with local families, Todholm Primary School is one-and-a-half miles away. A little further out, St. Charles Primary School and Lochfield Primary School are both sought-after choices and take six minutes in the car.

For secondary-aged pupils, St. Andrew’s Academy on Barrhead Road is a three-minute drive away – or 20 minutes on foot. Alternatively, reach Castlehead High School and Gleniffer High School in just 10 minutes when driving. Paisley Grammar School is a similar distance away at just two-and-a-half miles from the homes.
