Due to a partial road closure at the Downswood end of Church Road, use the following diversions from Willington Street: turn left onto Sutton Road, take the second left into Buffkyn Way, follow the road around, and take the third exit into Church Road. Note that there is a road closure sign towards Otham, but the road is partially open from that end for access to the Sales and Marketing Suite.

This development is overseen by award-winning Site Manager, Darrell Wilson, who recently received his second Seal of Excellence from NHBC.

We are now offering drop-in appointments across all our developments, however, should you wish to have dedicated time with our sales advisor, we encourage you to book ahead of your visit. Click here for further details.

Your monthly repayments

Repayment mortgage
What's this?
If you opt for a repayment mortgage, you will need to make monthly payments to your mortgage lender, which consist of a portion of the amount you originally borrowed (sometimes called the ‘capital balance’), as well as any interested that has been incurred on your loan.
Interest only mortgage
What's this?
Choosing an interest-only mortgage means that you will only need to make monthly payments towards the interest on the amount you originally borrowed. With this type of loan, you don’t need to repay any of the capital balance (the amount you borrowed to buy your home), for the duration of the interest only period.
