The town has fantastic access to some of the region’s favourite cities. Leeds and Sheffield are a half-hour drive away, and Manchester is 37 miles away. Locals easily get to these destinations on the train from Elsecar Train Station, which is one-and-a-half miles from home. Leeds is 50 minutes on the train; Manchester is an hour-and-a-half; Sheffield is just a 20-minute rail journey away.
