Kingsgate Park is just a short five-minute drive away from Rollerball bowling – one of the leading multi-activity venues in Essex – which boasts facilities for bowling, pool and air hockey. For family days out, Moby Golf is just under two miles away and is the largest adventure golf course in the UK. It also has an advanced driving range and facilities for virtual golf.  

For time spent in nature, Fairlop Waters Country Park is just an eight-minute drive away from the planned development. The park features picturesque walking routes, water sports provisions and climbing facilities. Everyday essentials can be acquired at the many nearby convenience shops and grocery super stores, the closest being just three minutes’ drive away.  

For popular high-street stores, Ilford high street offers a plethora of choices just a 15-minute drive away.
