Secondary school teacher Sara Goode has just moved into her dream new home with her little boy after previously living with her parents. Find out why she’s given Bellway full marks for making everything so easy.
Sara said she couldn’t be happier after snapping up a two bedroom apartment at Bellway’s Bramshall Green development in Uttoxeter.
Sara says: “We decided to move house because myself and my six year old son needed more space. We’d been living with my parents for the last four years. It was time for us to get out and to be a little more independent.”
Lukas has taken to their new home like a duck to water, Sara explains: “He’s absolutely loving it! We’ve got a lot more room here for him to run about in. It’s all open plan, giving us really flexible, comfortable living space and it’s working out so well.”
Sara grew up in Uttoxeter, knows the town inside out and loves the area. She was living just round the corner when she decided to buy at the development.
She said: “My parents and many of my family and friends are just minutes away. This is a dream move because Bramshall Green is so attractive and its location is just so practical.
“I teach in Burton so I can drive there in 20 to 25 minutes and it’s dead handy. Lukas goes to school in Uttoxeter and there are also plans to build a school here on the development.”

For Sara, the move was straightforward – she explains: “We moved in at the end of July just five weeks after reserving our apartment and just six or seven weeks after first looking at it.
“Moving can be very stressful but the whole process went so smoothly and so sweetly it was untrue. I’ve moved before and it was nowhere near as easy as it was this time.”
