From parks and golf clubs through to adventure centres and museums, Beverley and the East Riding of Yorkshire has plenty to see and do.

Just half-a-mile away from Bishops Gate is Beverley Guildhall, a wonderful building that dates back to the 15th century which now hosts the Beverley Community Museum.

For outdoor pursuits, Beverley and East Riding Golf Club is less than five minutes’ drive away from the development and boasts a picturesque location. As one of the oldest courses in northern England, it is an attractive prospect for golfers of all abilities.

A little further away, around 15 miles, is Bugtopia Hornsea, a tropical rainforest experience that’s home to a variety of animals and invertebrates.

By car, residents of Bishops Gate can reach Hull city centre in less than 20 minutes and York in under an hour.

Any families seeking to make a home at Bishops Gate will be pleased with the number of highly regarded schools located in Beverley and the nearby areas.

Less than a five-minute walk away from the development is Keldmarsh Primary School, while Beverley St Nicholas Community Primary School and Swinemoor Primary School are each only around five minutes away by car.
