For families, a number of well-regarded schools are located in the area, including Thomas Jolyffe Primary School and Bishopton Primary School for younger children. Local amenities

Stratford-upon-Avon

The Stratford Arts House also presents plays, comedy and family entertainment, while film fans will find the latest movies at the town’s Picture House cinema.

The town is around 10 miles from the rolling hills of the Cotswolds, with its miles of open countryside and the honey hue of its limestone villages – ideal for walking and cycling, or simply soaking up the view.

Transport

Major roads easily accessible from these new homes in Stratford include the A46 (for Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Leicester), and the M40 (for Birmingham, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Oxford and London).
