The convenient access to the M1 that Linmere Gateway provides means that residents of the development can commute with ease, if preferring to travel by car. Luton is little more than a 10-minute drive, while Milton Keynes and Bedford are each only around 30 minutes away.

Parents of young children will revel in the array of educational establishments in the area, especially with an on-site primary school now open. Additionally, Thornhill Primary School, Chiltern School, and Houghton Regis Academy are all within a 10-minute walk of Linmere Gateway.
