Just over a mile from the development, there is a pedestrianised shopping precinct within Huyton town centre, complete a good selection of local amenities. Here, residents will find both independent and high street stores, as well as a large supermarket.

The development is just one mile from the M57 which acts as a bypass road for Liverpool, connecting Tarbock with Aintree. The major M62 motorway is 1.5 miles away, while St. Helens can be reached in 5.5 miles (via the A58), and Liverpool city centre can be reached in 8.5 miles (via the A5047).

A bus stop is located close to the entrance of the development, which provides services to Prescot and St.Helens half hourly, while Huyton Bus Station provides services to Liverpool every 10 minutes, and Warrington every 30 minutes.
