The development’s immediate surroundings offer some terrific leisure opportunities. Sudley House and Fields and Holt Field are just minutes’ walk away for green open spaces, while Mossley Hill Tennis Courts and Sports Direct Fitness are on hand for more active exercise.

Sefton Park spans 200 acres and is one of Liverpool’s best-loved recreation spots – under a mile from the development. Classified as a Grade One listed park, the area features miles of curved paths so visitors can walk among the natural landscape of daffodils and bluebells, plus visit the boating lake, café, and famous Palm House. Mossley Hill Pre-School is a four-minute walk away from the development, with two additional nurseries half a mile away. Sudley Junior School and St Anthony Padua RC Primary School are a nine- and 14-minute walk away, respectively, for a short commute.

Liverpool College, founded in 1840, is a 12-minute walk from the development, and provides education for children ages four up to 18. Calderstones School, St Hilda’s C of E High School, and The Belvedere Academy are just three of many surrounding secondary schools, all commutable via public transport.

Liverpool is host to seven higher education institutions, offering a wide array of traditional and vocational courses.

Motorists will find a choice of main roads leading into the city centre, with journey times of around 17 minutes. The M62 is the nearest motorway – three miles away – and leads to the Manchester Outer Ring Road in an additional 23 minutes.

For local journeys, the Mossley Hill Road bus stop is a two-minute walk away, providing regular shuttles into the city centre.

Mossley Hill station provides local train lines a nine-minute walk away, while Liverpool Lime Street is four miles away and one of the country’s major rail terminals. Direct journeys from the city run to destinations including Glasgow, Birmingham New Street, and London Euston, with the latter journey taking a little over two hours on the fastest service.

Liverpool John Lennon airport is a 14-minute drive away for a range of destinations worldwide.

Residents will find a convenience store seven minutes’ walk away, plus a collection of shops and eateries half a mile away on Rose Lane and Aigburth Road. The five-minute drive to Allerton Road provides popular supermarkets, independent shops, a local library, and a row of restaurants and bars. Lark Lane – just over a mile away – offers some of the best-loved eateries and social spots in the city.

The Penny Lane Shopping Centre satisfies a range of shopping needs a mile from the development, while additional retail parks can be found in the periphery of the city.

Liverpool is one of the country's premier shopping destinations, providing a concentration of comprehensive retail therapy. Liverpool ONE hosts 170 stores with popular flagship brands and a choice of restaurants. Metquarter covers fashion and entertainment, Lord Street champions independents, and St John’s Shopping Centre provides more collective retail.
