Events are also held regularly throughout the year, while Splash Zone and Nerf Zone are the park’s indoor attractions, ensuring visitors are entertained whatever the weather.

History enthusiasts may also enjoy a trip to the Elizabethan Walton Hall and its award-winning gardens, which are open to the public throughout the year. The town centre presents a range of shops, boutiques and services across its high street, with the main shopping areas located on Buttermarket Street, Horse Market Street, Sankey Street, Bridge Street and Market Gate. Retail Parks are also plentiful in the town including Alban Retail Park, Pinners Brow Retail Park and Riverside Retail Park.

Travel connections in the area are excellent, and commuters will benefit from Warrington’s convenient road, rail and public transport links. Warrington town centre is just three over miles from the development, and can be reached in around 10 minutes by car, via the A57.

Primrose Meadow is situated just three miles from the major M62 motorway, allowing onward travel to Liverpool in 14 miles, and Manchester in around 22 miles. The M6 motorway is just over 10 minutes from the development, providing a route into Crewe in an hour and to Preston in around 45 minutes.

Those travelling by train are served by the Sankey for Penketh Station, just over one mile from the development, which provides direct and frequent services to Warrington in five minutes, Liverpool in around 20 minutes and Manchester in half an hour.

International travel is provided by the Liverpool John Lennon Airport, just 25 minutes away via the A562, or Manchester Airport, which is 30 minutes away via the M56.

Education

The esteemed Park Road Community Primary School is just one mile from the development, along with Penketh Community Primary School which can also be reached in one mile.
