Regent's Gate joins the picturesque community of Virginia Water, Surrey. Residents benefit from excellent established amenities and leisure, plus the stunning natural surroundings of the area.

The development is situated off Trumps Green Road, a 13-minute drive from the M3, around 25 miles away from central London. Commuters are well-served both by local road infrastructure and rail links.

This development falls under the administration of Runnymede Borough Council and Surrey County Council.

Residents of Regent’s Gate have a wealth of countryside to explore, with stunning walks along The Bourne river a mile away, and Virginia Water Lake a five-minute drive. A jewel in the local landscape, this two-mile-long lake is an historic area with royal ties through Windsor Castle, home to a waterfall and re-homed Roman ruins.

Wentworth Club runs parallel to the development, one of the world’s premier golf clubs, regularly hosting major tournaments. The area’s culture is perhaps best exemplified by the nearby Hampton Court Palace, just 12 miles away. Once home to England’s most famous King, the Palace is now an excellent spot for visitors to experience the beauty of the gardens and wonder at the history of the building itself.

For a change of pace, Thorpe Park Resort is a 10-minute drive away from the development. This thrill-seeker’s paradise is one of the UK’s favourite theme parks.

Young families will be encouraged by the concentration of schools within Virginia Water and the surrounding areas.

Trumps Green Infant School is under a mile from the development for a short drop-off, while other primary school options include Manor Mead School and St Anns Heath Junior School, a three- and four-minute drive away, respectively.

Those of secondary school age have Charters School, five miles away, while additional options can be found in Chertsey.

For those pursuing higher education, Royal Holloway is three miles away, the University of Surrey and University Centre Farnborough are 13 miles south, and wider London provides an eclectic array of prestigious universities and vocational institutions.

Residents are a 10-minute walk from Knowle Hill bus stop, providing regular shuttles into central Virginia Water.

Longcross train station is a four-minute drive away, with rail journeys to destinations including Reading, Staines, and London Waterloo – the latter taking as little as 48 minutes.

Bell Weir Lock Ferry Terminal is an 11-minute journey from the development, one of several stops along the Thames on the Runnymede to Hampton Court route.

Heathrow Airport offers global travel just eight miles away.
