Our Torvill Park development is located in Fairham, an emerging neighbourhood on the periphery of open countryside, a short drive from Clifton and approximately six miles from central Nottingham. Clifton South Park and Ride is one mile away and provides straightforward access to the city by tram, with services running as frequently as every seven minutes throughout the day.

Junction 24 of the M1 is close by for travel to Derby in about 25 minutes, while Burton upon Trent and Leicester can be reached in around 45 minutes.

The development falls under the administration of Rushcliffe Borough Council and Nottingham City Council.

Fairham town is evolving over the next few years, benefitting from substantial investment to deliver new housing, green open space, employment opportunities, and a state-of-the-art Neighbourhood Centre. The legendary ancient oak woodlands of Sherwood Forest are also within driving distance for exciting days out retracing the steps of Robin Hood.

Nottingham city centre, about 20 minutes away by tram from Clifton, offers a diverse choice of entertainment from live music across its multiple venues, to theatres and cinemas.
