Having grown up in Kettering, our Hanwood Park development made perfect sense for Abbie, Matt, and their cockapoo Daisy.
For Abbie, a 26-year-old marketing manager, and Matt, a 27-year-old electrician, the focus when looking for a new home was something closer to friends and family.
Abbie says: "We decided on a Bellway property because of the style of the houses. Every house type had a lot of storage, which in comparison to other homes and developers was amazing. Also, both of our families live in Kettering, and it’s where I grew up, so I wanted to move back to be closer to everyone.
"We are so happy with it. We didn’t have many snags when we first moved in, and anything we did notice was fixed quickly. This is the part I was most anxious about, as our previous home had over 180 snags and the developer took almost a year to fix them all."
