The M62 can also be reached in under 30 minutes, which connects Liverpool and Hull via Manchester and Leeds. Leeds city centre is just 15 minutes from home via the A660, while Harrogate can be reached in 25 minutes via the A61, and York in under three-quarters of an hour via the A64.

Leeds train station provides regular services to major destinations such as London Kings Cross, Sheffield, Middlesborough, Manchester and Huddersfield.

For international travel, Leeds Bradford airport is 12 minutes from the development by car.
