Pannal village is situated in Harrogate, a few miles to the south of the town centre and within the county of North Yorkshire. Jubilee Park can be found just off the A61.

Shopping and amenities

Pannal village presents a good selection of local amenities, with independent shops and services within walking distance of Jubilee Park. Residents will find a post office, small supermarket and convenience store nestled in the village centre, as well as a riding centre, cricket centre and golf club.

Two large supermarkets can be found within three miles of the development, while the renowned Weetons Farm Shop and Food Hall – critically acclaimed as being among the best butchers in the country – is just over a five minute drive from home.

Sports and leisure

The area surrounding Jubilee Park offers an excellent range of family-friendly attractions, as well as plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The Stray, which borders the spa town of Harrogate, comprises 200 acres of untouched parkland, and is a popular site for walking, picnics, kite-flying and sports, as well as seasonal public events.

Transport

Commuters will delight in the area’s excellent transport connections, with easy access to surrounding towns and cities by both road and rail. Jubilee Park is located off the A61, which gives access to Harrogate town centre (nine minutes) and Leeds city centre (29 minutes). The A61 provides a link to the A658, and onward to York city centre via the A59. The A1 is approximately nine miles away, giving access to the motorway networks of major destinations such as Wakefield, Sheffield, London and Newcastle.

For travel by train, Pannal Station is within walking distance of Jubilee Park (0.6 miles), and provides regular services to Harrogate, Knaresborough, Leeds and York.
