Under 10 minutes’ drive from the development is Brough train station, offering services directly to Hull, a 15-minute trip, and Leeds, a 50-minute journey, for those looking to commute for work.

For residents who drive, not much more than 15 miles away from Barleycorn Way is Hull city centre. Alternatively, Leeds is under an hour’s drive from the development. Barleycorn Way is also ideal for those working in York, which is around 30 miles away.

There are several well-regarded schools in the area of Barleycorn Way, including; North Cave C of E Primary School, which is around three miles from the development; Elloughton Primary School, about a 7-minute drive from the development; South Cave C of E Primary School, which is under a mile away from the site; and Brough Primary School, which is around four miles away from Barleycorn Way.
