Those going further afield are also only a 25-minute drive away from junction 44 of the A1(M), which provides convenient access to northern and southern areas of Yorkshire.

Travel by train is also an option, as York Station is little more than 13 miles away from Amblers Grange and provides services to Leeds, Hull, Sheffield, and London.

Pocklington town centre, less than 5 minutes’ drive away from the development, has a number of well-known supermarkets for residents seeking to pick up everyday items. Alternatively, York city centre, around 12 miles away by car, has a plethora of retail options, including shopping centres, independent retailers, markets, and so much more.
