The traditional town of Broxburn is a popular residential area, characterised by the remarkable Union Canal which runs through Broxburn to the heart of Edinburgh. This unique natural asset attracts a range of active pursuits, including walking, running, cycling and even sailing through picturesque Central Scotland. The town boasts an unrivalled selection of independent food stores and boutiques, along with a fully-equipped leisure centre, local golf course, a nearby country park and several well-regarded eateries.

Families are well catered for in the area with popular schools serving infants through to higher education. Children of primary school age will benefit from very close proximity to Broxburn Primary, within walking distance of the development, and St. Nicholas Primary, within one mile of home. Older students are catered for by Broxburn Academy and Clifton Hall School, which are 1.5 and 2.5 miles away respectively.
