The village community of Kings Hill has a variety of active sporting endeavours to partake in, including local football, tennis, cycling, and cricket clubs, as well as outdoor running and fitness sessions. The village has an emphasis on green space, boasting parks for outdoor exercise, as well as play areas, allotments, an art gallery, and a community centre.

Leybourne Lakes Country Park is just over four miles from the development and offers excellent countryside walks, plus access to watersports activities such as kayaking, windsurfing, and scuba diving. Excellent higher education options can be found in London, just over an hour’s drive away, including Brunel University, the London School of Economics, and Imperial College London.

Tower View bus stop is just a five-minute walk from the site and provides regular routes to West Malling and Maidstone. The nearest rail links can be found at West Malling train station four minutes’ drive away, with trains to Maidstone and London Victoria. The Eurostar to Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, and Lille is available from Ashford International – 28 miles away.

The development is two minutes’ drive from the A228 and six-minutes’ drive of the M20, offering access to the A2 and Central London in slightly over an hour.

Gatwick Airport is a 38-minute drive away, the UK’s third busiest airport, serving a wealth of destinations worldwide.

Maidstone, just six miles away, offers a comprehensive shopping and dining experience – with Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre and The Mall Maidstone, the town offers everything from independents to high street favourites, as well as boasting the best selection of cafés, pubs, bars, and restaurants in Kent.

West Malling High Street also offers an excellent choice of local restaurants including Italian, Thai, and Indian, plus a selection of pubs for a traditional Sunday dinner – all just five minutes’ drive away.
