Lucas Green is located in the town of Solihull, a little under nine miles south-east of Birmingham city centre. It can be reached within just over five minutes’ drive of Junction 4 of the M42, via the A34.

Lucas Green’s location in Solihull means it’s ideally situated for a huge range of entertainment options and leisure activities – especially with both a gym and a coffee shop on the doorstep of the development. 

The Village Health and Wellness Club is a six-minute walk away, providing a state-of-the-art gym and fitness centre, as well as a number of classes.

Shirley Train Station, just two-and-a-half miles away from the development, provides regular northern services into Birmingham, a 16-minute trip, and services travelling south-bound towards Stratford-upon-Avon – which is roughly 40 minutes away.

Alternatively, those with vehicles can reach Solihull in around 10 minutes and Birmingham city centre in less than 25 minutes. Plus, Coventry is just over 15 miles away from Lucas Green.

As an option for travel in the future, the planned HS2 facilities will be located only a short drive away from the development, with Birmingham Interchange only a 15-minute drive and Birmingham Curzon Street only 25 minutes away.
