A more varied choice of shopping and dining can be found in Stafford’s town centre, particularly along the pedestrianised Greengate Street, and within the contemporary Riverside area which incorporates an assortment of well-known stores and eateries.   

Stafford provides a wealth of dining options for most occasions, however an award-winning fine dining restaurant is situated just a 10-minute drive from the development. The Moat House, in Acton Trussell, hold two AA Rosettes and a Michelin Plate, and visitors can enjoy à la carte, gourmet or tasting menus whilst taking in panoramic views over the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal.

Leisure and entertainment

An array of sports facilities are situated within easy reach of Baswich Grange, including Brocton Hall Golf Club, Milford Hall Cricket Club and Brocton Football Club. Wildwood Park, less than a mile from the development, offers a number of amenities that include football pitches and tennis courts, an outdoor gym and skatepark and an extensive children’s play area.

For younger pupils, St Anne’s, Barnfields, Oakridge and Leasowes primary schools are all less than a mile from Baswich Grange, while for older students Walton High School is about a 10-minute walk away.

Further education is provided at Stafford College, which is situated under 15 minutes by car from the development; for those interested in pursuing higher education, Staffordshire University is approximately 20 miles away in Stoke-on-Trent.


Baswich Grange is situated just off the A34 for Stafford town centre, which can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes. The development is also around a 10-minute drive from junction 13 of the M6, which gives access to Stoke-on-Trent to the north, and Birmingham to the south.
