Yateley lies to the south of Wokingham, and northwest of Farnborough. From junction 4 of the M3, Forest Chase is a about a 10-minute drive away.

The Yateley Lakes, around a mile from Forest Chase, offer tranquillity and a variety of leisure opportunities; there are dedicated lakes for fishing, jet skiing and boating, and paved routes for walking and running. Those interested in pursuing higher education will find University Centre Farnborough around eight miles away from the development, while the University of Reading, and the University of Creative Arts in Farnham can be reached in approximately 30 minutes’ drive.
For car travel around the region, the M3 for Basingstoke, Farnborough, Woking and the M25 is 10 minutes from Forest Chase, while the M4 for Reading, Heathrow Airport and London can be reached in 20 minutes. Wokingham lies approximately seven miles north.
Bus stops for local services are a few minutes’ walk from the development. The nearest railway station is Sandhurst, two miles away. From this station, a direct train to Reading takes about 20 minutes. Farnborough railway station is a 20-minute car journey from Yateley, and provides direct services to London Waterloo, taking as few as 34 minutes. Heathrow Airport is around 30 minutes’ drive away.
