Belmont Park is located in Maidenhead, Berkshire, a little under 10 minutes’ drive north of the town centre. The development can be reached within a three-mile drive of the Holyport Interchange of the M4.  

Belmont Park falls under the administration of The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

Belmont Park is well-situated for leisure and entertainment, with a variety of parks, golf clubs, race courses, and castles all just a short drive away.

Around a five-minute drive from the development is Maidenhead Golf Club, an 18-hole course – ideal for golfers of all abilities – set in Berkshire’s rolling parklands.

Roughly one-and-a-half miles away from Belmont Park is Absolutely Karting, an indoor go-karting experience that claims to have the fastest karts in the UK.

Less than a 30-minute drive away from the development is Ascot Racecourse, which hosts a number of high-profile races throughout the year.

Belmont Park has convenient access to a number of useful transport links, including local train stations and the M4.

Furze Platt train station, which is around a 10-minute walk away from the development, provides regular services into Maidenhead – a five-minute journey. From there, services are on offer to Slough, a six-minute trip, and Reading, less than a 15-minute excursion.

Anyone who prefers to drive can reach Maidenhead town centre in five minutes’ drive, Slough in 20 minutes, and Reading in 35 minutes.

There are a variety of highly regarded schools in the areas around Belmont Park, perfect for families with young children. St. Luke’s C of E School, St. Mary’s Catholic Primary School, and Alwyn Infant School are all within five minutes’ drive of the development.

For older students, Furze Platt Senior School is less than one-and-a-half miles away from Belmont Park.

University education is also available, with the University of Reading only a little over 30 minutes’ drive away from the development.

Residents of Belmont Park have plenty of local amenities to select from when choosing where to collect everyday items from, with the nearest supermarket only just over a five-minute walk away from the development.

Further retail opportunities are only a short drive away, as Nicholsons Shopping Centre, which contains a variety of high-street stores and independent shops, is one mile away from Belmont Park.
