A weekly farmers’ market takes place in Green Park Station, and the indoor Guildhall Market on High Street – the oldest shopping destination in Bath – is open every day except Sunday.

Bath is a major tourist destination and as such boasts a plethora of museums, art galleries, historic buildings and monuments, such as the Holburne Museum, the Jane Austen Centre, Bath Abbey, the Grand Pump Room and the Victoria Art Gallery. The Roman Baths dating back to around 70AD and the Georgian architecture of the Royal Crescent are perhaps the most famous of the city’s ancient and architectural sites.
