Ingleby Manor is located in Ingleby Barwick, around three miles from Yarm, five miles from Stockton and seven miles from Middlesbrough. The A19 is five minutes by car from the development and the A66 around 10 minutes' drive away.
There are several well-regarded schools in the local area. There are also four golf courses within 15 minutes’ drive of Ingleby Manor. Romano Park, a mile from the development, has a well-equipped play area for children, and is next door to Barwick Pond Local Nature Reserve. Preston Park Museum and Grounds – around 15 minutes’ away by car – is popular with families, staging a wide range of activities and workshops for youngsters and adults throughout the year. Major roads easily accessible from the development include the A19 for Stockton and Middlesbrough to the north, and Thirsk, York and Doncaster to the south, and the A171 for Whitby and Scarborough. The A66 for Penrith and the Lake District can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and the A1 for Durham, Newcastle, Leeds and London is around 25 minutes’ drive away.
Yarm train station is less than three miles from the development and from there regular services run to Middlesbrough, York, Leeds and Manchester. Durham Tees Valley Airport is around eight miles away via the A67 and Newcastle International Airport is around 52 miles away via the A1.
