Our social media community guidelines

Our aim at Bellway is to make our social media pages as helpful, interesting and inspiring to our customers as possible, and we welcome positive contributions and constructive communication around Bellway-related subjects.

Therefore, when interacting with our social media pages we kindly ask that you take note of and observe our community guidelines, which are as follows:

1. Be kind and courteous
Please converse politely and respectfully with your fellow users, and members of the Bellway team. We will not allow abusive, provocative or defamatory speech, or negative remarks on topics such as politics, race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity.

We reserve the right to remove postings of this nature and take appropriate action against repeat offenders.

2. Respect one another’s privacy
Please do not share any sensitive or private information about any other user or individual, including Bellway employees, or about yourself. To safeguard our users, and all other individuals, we will remove any postings that we believe to contain this type of information.

Should we require any details to enable us to assist you further, such as your contact information or plot details, we will request these through a private message only.

3. No spam or advertising
Please do not publish repeated duplicate posts (spam), promotions or unrelated links on Bellway’s social media pages.

In the interests of promoting positive conversation, we reserve the right to remove any postings that we deem to be irrelevant, repetitive, or disruptive to the topic of our pages, and take appropriate action against repeat offenders.

Please note: the exact specifications of our homes, including the options and Additions available, do vary between our developments, and across divisions. Your Sales Advisor is always best placed to advise you on the specification that is available at your development and for your chosen plot, and answer any queries that you may have regarding this. We’d recommend that you speak with them directly for further assistance.

Regretfully, as we’re located outside of the division our social media team aren’t able to assist with any enquiries regarding the available specification at our developments.
