Llanwern is situated to the southeast of Newport city centre. From junction 24 of the M4, Monks Meadow is less than a 10-minute drive away.
Newport Retail Park is less than two miles from the development and is home to a range of well-known fashion and furniture stores, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.
