Goodsyard is located a few minutes’ walk from Bishop’s Stortford town centre and close to the nearest train station for services to Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street.

Bishop’s Stortford has a vibrant town centre with many well-known stores, as well as independent retailers along South Street, Potter Street, Market Street and North Street, and within Jackson Square shopping centre. The twice weekly market takes place in the main shopping areas, every Thursday and Saturday, with stalls selling a range of fresh produce and fashion. A farmers’ market is held in Market Square on the first Saturday of each month.
Bishops’ Stortford is situated in Hertfordshire, close to its border with Essex. Both counties are blessed with an abundance of beautiful countryside, which provides a scenic backdrop for cycling, walking and horse riding. The area is peppered with picture postcard villages to explore and country pubs and restaurants to discover.
Residents will find many possibilities for relaxation and recreation within the town. South Mill Arts (formerly The Rhodes Arts Complex) on South Road is a multi-use centre that includes a theatre space for live music, comedy, family entertainment, drama and dance; a cinema and a museum.
Bishop’s Stortford train station is adjacent to the development. From there frequent services run to Stansted Airport, Cambridge, Harlow, Broxbourne and London Liverpool Street (journey time around 40 minutes).
Major roads easily accessible from the development include the A120 and the M11, which are both around two miles away.
Stansted Airport is just 10 minutes’ away by car via the A120.
