There are several supermarkets within a few minutes’ drive of Lancaster Gardens, including two which are less than two miles away. The development is close to the Oldham Road, home to several specialist, independent stores selling everything from pet and cycling supplies, to records, modern home furnishings and antiques.

The Oldham Road runs from Manchester, through Failsworth and onto Oldham. Here, residents will find a collection of several traditional pubs, wine bars and independent restaurants providing excellent eating and drinking opportunities.

Local travel is covered by regular Metrolink and bus services run through Failsworth to destinations such as Oldham, Rochdale and Manchester, among others. While for national and international travel, Manchester Airport is around 18 miles away, via the M60.
