Mosley Common is a suburb of Tyldesley, Greater Manchester, situated about six miles to the south of Bolton. Elements can be found just off the A580 East Lancashire Road, and around 10 minutes’ drive from junction 13 of the M60.
Based in Mosley Common, Elements is a development that is well-served by many entertainment and leisure options. Just under a 15-minute drive from the development is a multiplex cinema – situated in Leigh – which screens major releases all year round.
As an outdoor option, Blackleach Country Park, which is an established local nature reserve and winner of the Green Flag award, is around a 10-minute trip by car. The area is a popular spot for picnicking, fishing, and wildlife watching.
Further afield, less than nine miles away, is Manchester, which offers a whole host of options for entertainment, including comedy clubs, art galleries, and live music venues.
Just a five-minute drive from the development is a large supermarket, which can be used for picking up day-to-day essentials. Furthermore, there are a variety of other stores to choose from in the centre of Tyldesley – which is just under two miles away.
The Trafford Centre is roughly seven miles away from Elements, and has an extensive range of stores and retail options, as well as restaurants, cinemas, and leisure facilities. Alternatively, Walkden Retail Park is under three miles away from the development, and provides a selection of shops and supermarkets.
Mosley Common has a variety of eateries and restaurants, with a number of Italian, Indian, and other cuisines to select from, all within a two-minute drive of Elements. In addition, the centre of Manchester is just under a half-hour drive from the development, affording a plethora of other choices.
The nearest train station is located in Atherton, and it is around a 10-minute journey by car. From there, direct trains are available to take passengers into Manchester Victoria, arriving in just under half an hour. There are also direct trains to Wigan, which take under 15 minutes.
For those that travel by car, the development is just under nine miles away from Manchester city centre, and Wigan is roughly a 30-minute trip.
Going further afield, Manchester Airport is just a 20-minute drive away and offers international flights to popular destinations.
There are many schools in the vicinity of Elements. Situated just under 10 minutes’ walk from the development is St John’s Mosley Common CE Primary School. Around half a mile away from Elements is Holy Family Catholic Primary School and Boothstown Methodist Primary School is only a three-minute drive away from the development. For older students, St Mary’s Catholic High School and Sixth Form College is just a six-minute journey by car.
