Situated on the outskirts of the market town of Bury, Bridleway Grange offers homeowners on the development a wonderful selection of leisure and entertainment opportunities.

Shopping for everyday items is exceptionally easy for residents of Bridleway Grange, with a large number of supermarkets situated close by, including a familiar option less than a 10-minute walk away.

Bury town centre, roughly five minutes’ drive away, is home to a number of shopping centres, including The Rock Shopping Centre, Mill Gate Shopping Centre, and Moorgate Retail Park. What’s more, Bury is also home to an award-winning, open-air market, which has more than 300 stalls to browse.

Further afield, nearby Manchester has a plethora of shopping opportunities, with shopping centres such as the Trafford Centre, as well as a stunning array of independent shops and high-street stores.

Bridleway Grange’s location just 10 miles north-west of Manchester city centre means there’s plenty of options for travel throughout the area. Little more than five minutes away by car is Bury tram station, which offers regular services into the heart of Manchester and is only a 30-minute trip.

Alternatively, with junction 17 of the M60 only five miles away, it’s quick and easy for residents of the development to travel throughout the area by car. Bury town centre is just over a mile away, while Bolton is a little over 20 minutes’ drive and Manchester is just over a 30-minute journey.

Any parents seeking to make a home at Bridleway Grange will find particular appeal in the variety of schools in the vicinity. All within a mile of the development – and less than a 20-minute walk – are Elton Primary School, Christ Church Primary School, and Woodbank Primary School.

For secondary students, Elton High School is a little over a five-minute walk away, while Tottington High School in only around a mile-and-a-half away from Bridleway Grange.
