Pelham Place is located two miles from Hailsham town centre, around 10 miles from Eastbourne, 22 miles from Brighton and 68 miles from central London.
Pelham Place is just two miles from Hailsham High Street, the focus for local shopping and leisure. These include Hellingly Community Primary School and Grovelands Community Primary School, while for older students Hailsham Community College Academy Trust is two miles from the development and Heathfield Community College can be reached in around 15 minutes by car.
The development’s proximity to major roads and national rail services to London will be of benefit to people working in the nearby towns of Eastbourne and Brighton, as well as to those commuting to the Capital. Polegate Railway Station is three miles away and from there frequent services run to Brighton, Eastbourne, Lewes, Gatwick Airport, Ashford International, Clapham Junction and London Victoria, among other destinations.
