Beaumont Green is situated in the village of Great Blakenham, less than five miles from Ipswich and within easy reach of Colchester, Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge.

Major routes easily accessible from the development include the A12 and the A14. Ipswich train station can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car and from there regular rail services run to Norwich, Peterborough, Colchester, Chelmsford and London Liverpool Street.
