After buying their new puppy, Sunny, Rachel and Kieran soon realised that they'd needed to swap apartment living for a house with a garden, and bought their dream Bellway home with help from Bellway's Express Mover scheme.
In the dog house has taken on a new meaning for Rachel Dickson and her partner Kieran Wilson for their proud pooch, Sunny, was the reason they ended up in their new Bellway home.
The couple were living in a flat in The Whisp when they decided they wanted a dog. It didn’t take long before they both fell in love with a minature chocolate labradoodle and Sunny entered their lives. However, they quickly realised that the apartment wasn’t suitable for Sunny and before they knew it they were looking for a new home.
Rachel explained: ”We realised pretty quickly that going up and down the stairs to take Sunny out wasn’t great and that having a garden would be so much better.
“We both work close by and didn’t want a long commute and Bellway’s development at Shawfair seemed the ideal place and was only two minutes from where we were staying. It’s so handy for us as the train is close by so it’s easy to get into work.”
We went to Winchburgh to view the Kinloch, and couldn’t believe how big it was for a three bedroom property. It’s so spacious. Using Express Mover was easy and a really good service for us.”
Rachel and Kieran purchased the Kinloch, a 3-bedroom end terrace home at Bellway at Shawfair, just six miles from the city centre and took advantage of the Express Mover initiative to make their move.
Rached added: “We went to Winchburgh to view the Kinloch, and couldn’t believe how big it was for a three bedroom property. It’s so spacious. Using Express Mover was easy and a really good service for us.
“Sunny loves it here. We have a park right behind the development. We’ve done work in the garden which she loves, although we’ve not been able to plant any flowers yet as she’s so young she likes to eat them rather than look at them!
