With literally thousands of mortgages and mortgage products on the market, you need help and guidance to find the most affordable and suitable mortgage for your new home.  The Helpline is available 7 days a week to offer a full and professional service. New Homes Mortgage Helpline will seek to build a close relationship with you at all times to ensure you are kept up to date with progress throughout the transaction.


A Step by Step Guide:


Stage 1 - The Helpline

The Helpline Advisers are available 7 days a week. Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 7.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10.00 am - 7.00pm.
The Helpline is there to ensure even at the earliest stage to ensure all transactions proceed as smoothly as possible. They will give immediate guidance on price range and provide an indication of the amount you can borrow. They are able to issue a Mortgage Certificate and have established links with major lenders to obtain an online mortgage approval.


Stage 2 - Mortgage Advisers

Protecting each customer's home and possessions and ensuring financial stability and peace of mind are all part of the service. The professionally trained and qualified Mortgage Advisers will arrange to meet you at a time to suit you including evenings and weekends so there is no need to take time off work.

The Mortgage Advisers complete all the necessary documentation at the initial appointment, so the mortgage application is processed quickly.


Stage 3 - The Mortgage Processing Unit

You will be assigned a personal member of the mortgage processing team. Their prime role is to keep in contact with you, providing updates on the mortgage application on a regular basis. They will work closely with all parties: the lender, the housebuilder and solicitors to ensure the buying process runs as smooth as possible. Upon legal completion, the mortgage processing team will ensure all necessary protection arrangements are in place.
