We encourage our customers to initially speak with the team at NHMH before the purchase of their new home. NHMH are available seven days a week, have a five-star Trustpilot rating and possess over 30 years’ experience in helping people find the right mortgage product to make their dream home a reality.

NHMH is the leading new-homes mortgage specialist in the UK. Specialising in new homes, they understand the importance of urgency and may have access to exclusive deals not generally available on the High Street.

With thousands of mortgage products on the market, you may need help and guidance to find the most affordable and suitable mortgage for your new home. NHMH will seek to build a close relationship with you at all times to ensure you are kept up to date throughout your homebuying journey.*

A step-by-step guide:

Stage 1 – NHMH Helpline

Available 7 days a week. Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 7.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10.00 am - 7.00pm.

NHMH Helpline are there to give an early indication of mortgage affordability and to ensure your mortgage application runs as smoothly as possible. After speaking to NHMH Helpline, you’ll be able to reserve one of our homes.

Stage 2 – NHMH Mortgage Advisers

This is where you’ll speak to a Mortgage and Protection adviser; you can use NHMH or your own broker for this. The NHMH Mortgage and Protection adviser will help you to understand specifically which mortgage would most suit your circumstances. In addition, they will discuss and recommend the most appropriate protection and insurance products based on your needs.

They will arrange to meet you, either in person or virtually, at a time to suit you, including evenings and weekends, so there’s no need to take time off work. They will complete all the necessary documentation at the initial appointment, so your mortgage and insurance application is processed as efficiently as possible.

Stage 3 – NHMH Mortgage Processing Unit

If you use NHMH’s services, once your mortgage and insurance application is submitted you will be assigned a personal case progressor. Their prime role is to keep in contact with you, providing updates on your mortgage and insurance application on a regular basis. They will also work closely with all parties, including the mortgage lender, the housebuilder, solicitors and insurers, to ensure the buying process runs as smoothly as possible, working hard to get your application(s) progressed in a timely fashion.
