Every Bellway home carries a 10-year warranty
From the date of legal completion, your new Bellway home is protected by a 10-year warranty, which covers defects, damage, and problems with the land.
Each and every one of our properties is built in compliance with the exacting requirements of new home construction. This is further reassurance that everything from our design process and workmanship to the materials we use, are of the highest standard.
During the first two years, the warranty is provided by Bellway and covers damage repair, the removal of contaminated land and costs incurred as a consequence of work carried out on your home – such as alternative accommodation and storage expenses.
From the third year through to the tenth, your 10-year warranty is covered by an independent provider, and will typically include roofs, flues and chimneys, walls, stairs, ceilings, foundations, glazing and access. Exclusions apply.
