Ty Coch is situated to the west of Swansea city centre. From junction 47 of the M4, Awel Y Môr is about a 15-minute drive away.
For day-to-day shopping, there are several convenience stores within close proximity to Awel Y Môr, and two supermarkets are situated around a mile away.
