The town is around 10 miles from the rolling hills of the Cotswolds, with its miles of open countryside and the honey hue of its limestone villages – ideal for walking and cycling, or simply soaking up the view.

Major roads easily accessible from these new homes in Stratford include the A46 (for Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Leicester), and the M40 (for Birmingham, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Oxford and London).

The nearest railway station is Stratford upon Avon Parkway from where regular services run to Birmingham Snow Hill, Worcester, Leamington Spa and London Marylebone.

For domestic and international flights, Birmingham Airport is 25 minutes away via the M40 and the M42.
