Quarterfield is a collection of new homes in Stockton and part of Bellway’s established Queensgate development.

Concerts are held in the park during the summer and regular family events take place there throughout the year. Just over a mile from the development, Tees Heritage Park stretches from Stockton to Yarm and encompasses wildlife areas, nature reserves, waterways and walking trails.

Sports facilities nearby include Splash in Stockton town centre, which has a gym and sports hall in addition to two swimming pools, and the Tees Barrage International White Water Centre, three miles away. This offers a range of watersports, such as canoeing, sailing, white water rafting and kayaking.

Major roads easily accessible from the development include the A66 for Middlesbrough, Darlington, Scotch Corner and the Lake District; the A19 for Thirsk, York and Sunderland, and the A1, for Durham, Newcastle, Doncaster and London. The closest railways stations are at Stockton and Thornaby, both less than two miles away, with regular services running to Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Newcastle, York, Leeds and Manchester. For domestic and international flights, Durham Tees Valley Airport is a 10-minute drive from Quarterfield via the A66.
