Collingwood Manor is a contemporary development of new homes in Morpeth, designed to appeal to a variety of audiences, including families and professionals.

Morpeth Railway Station is less than five minutes drive away (20-minute walk) and from there regular services run into Newcastle, Durham, Leeds, London, Edinburgh and Bristol.

For domestic and international flights, Newcastle Airport is a 20-minute drive from Collingwood Manor.
