Roby is a pleasant commuter village in the Metropolitan Borough of Knowsley, close to the predestined shopping precinct of Huyton town centre, and close to a number of family-friendly amenities and attractions.

This well-connected area is known for its promising employment opportunities, with Kings Business Park just 2.5 miles from the development of Nutwood, boasting a number of local and national businesses, as well as Knowsley Industrial and Business Park (five miles away), one of the largest employment areas in Europe.

 

Transport

The development is just one mile from Junction 5 of the major M62 motorway, providing a route into Manchester in 40 minutes. Just two miles away is Junction 2 of the M57, which acts as a bypass road for Liverpool, connecting Tarbock with Aintree, while Liverpool city centre can be reached in 7 miles (via the A5047).

The closest station is Roby (0.6 miles), which is located on the Merseyrail network and part of the northern line to Manchester, providing direct trains to Liverpool Lime Street (15 minutes) and Manchester Victoria (49 minutes).
