Harvino will be situated just off Bromsgrove Road, around a mile north of Romsley, and two miles south of Halesowen town centre. Benefitting from the amenities which the market town and village have to offer, the development will be reached within a two-minute drive of the A456, and a seven-minute drive of the M5. Central Birmingham is around 10 miles away.

Harvino is nestled in the charming countryside south-west of Birmingham, benefitting from rural routes for outdoor exercise, plus easy access to local amenities in Romsley and Halesowen.

Horsepool Farm dog park is a 15-minute walk away, selling local produce from an attached farm shop. The park lies adjacent to Hunnington Coarse Fishery, one of several local spots at which to cast your line. The development is situated around three miles from National Trust’s Clent Hills, a picturesque hiking trail with rewarding views across the Worcestershire landscape from its summit.

The nearby town of Halesowen – a nine-minute cycle away – presents ample fitness opportunities, including a well-equipped leisure centre and pool, a golf course, a skatepark, and public basketball courts.

Central Birmingham is 25 minutes away by car and offers excellent culture, including several museums celebrating the history of industry in the area, plus a range of historic and listed architecture.

Families will be encouraged by the number of schools in Romsley and Halesowen, providing education for children of all ages. St Kenelm’s C of E primary school is a three-minute drive away – tucked in the rural outskirts of Romsley – while Manor Way Primary Academy and Our Lady and St Kenelm RC Primary School are a five-minute drive away, just two of a handful of primary schools in Halesowen.

For those of secondary school age, Windsor High School and Sixth Form is around two miles away, while Windsor Academy Trust and The Earl’s High School are a five- and six-minute drive away, respectively.

Those looking to pursue higher education have Halesowen College a 44-minute walk away, while Birmingham is host to a number of prestigious universities, including the Russell Group University of Birmingham.

The development benefits from superb transport links, providing easy access to the surrounding towns and villages, as well as central Birmingham. Blue Bird Park bus stop is a minutes’ walk from the site and offers regular routes to Halesowen and Bromsgrove. Old Hill train station is an eight-minute drive away and provides transport to Kidderminster and Stratford upon Avon.

Manor Abbey Sports Ground bus stop is just over a mile away and provides transport into central Birmingham in 34 minutes, while the West Midlands Metro offers simple transportation around the city centre, including to Birmingham New Street station for national rail travel. London is accessible in under an hour and a half from Birmingham by train.

Birmingham airport is a 33-minute drive away and is one of the largest airports in the country, with plans and investment underway to expand and modernise facilities over the coming years.

The village of Romsley lies a mile away from the development and offers several independent boutiques, a local bakery, and pubs serving hearty food. The market town of Halesowen is a four-minute drive north, providing a more comprehensive shopping and dining experience. Everyday essentials can be purchased from a selection of well-known supermarket brands, and high-street labels are available in abundance in the Cornbow Shopping Centre. Halesowen also offers several independent restaurants perfect for meals out.

Birmingham’s bustling city centre, just 10 miles away, offers some of the best shopping available. With numerous indoor shopping arcades presenting famous flagship stores, plus central streets packed with unique independent vendors selling everything from jewellery to vintage records and hand-crafted ornaments, the city is a terrific place for a shopping trip. Birmingham also offers dining for all occasions and tastes, with traditional restaurants, stylish bites, trendy cocktail bars, world foods, and creative menus.
