Highland Park is a development of new homes in South Ockendon, 21 miles from central London and conveniently situated for accessing transport links into the capital.

The area is rich in parks and open space, with Belhus Woods Country Park less than four miles from the development and Rainham Marshes, an RSPB nature reserve five miles away. Sports fans will find a variety of facilities at Belhus Park Leisure Centre, around two miles away, including a swimming pool, gym and exercise studios, as well as an 18-hole golf course and driving range. Mardyke Valley Golf Club to the south and Top Meadow Golf Club to the north can both be reached in around five minutes by car. The town is also home to rugby and football clubs.
