The Thames Path, which stretches from Gloucestershire to the Thames Barrier in east London crosses Chertsey Bridge and is popular with walkers and cyclists, while Chertsey Meads – 175 acres of wildflower meadows, walking trails, bridleways, cycle routes, picnic and play areas – is a favourite with families.

Play areas and sports courts can also be found at Gogmore Farm Park in the centre of town, Chertsey Recreation Ground, a five-minute walk away on Guildford Road, and at Ottershaw Memorial Fields.

Major roads easily accessible from the development include the M3 and the M25. Chertsey Railway Station is a few minutes’ walk away and from there frequent services run to London – Clapham Junction (around 40 minutes), Vauxhall (around 50 minutes) and Waterloo (just under an hour) – and Weybridge (less than 10 minutes). The nearest airport is Heathrow, which is 10 miles away via the M25.
