Major roads easily accessible from the development include the A21 (for the M25 and south east London to the north, and Hastings to the south), and the A26 (for Maidstone, Royal Tunbridge Wells and Newhaven). Leigh Railway Station is less than two miles from 1811, for trains to London Bridge, London Victoria, East Croydon and Tonbridge.

For domestic and international travel Gatwick Airport is around 30 minutes drive away via the M25 and M23.
