There are plans for a large John Lewis to open during 2013 - and a choice of Sainsbury’s, Asda and Morrison’s supermarkets.

Less than four miles from the development, Chelmsford’s mainline railway station offers a fast, frequent service straight into London Liverpool Street in around 35 minutes. It also offers services into Ipswich in approximately 50 minutes. Road connections are good too, with the A12 offering a connection to the M25 at Junction 28 and access to East London, or to Colchester and Ipswich to the north-east. The A414 offers fast, direct access to the M11. If you need to fly for business or for pleasure, Stansted Airport is only a 25-30 minute drive away.
