A BEAUTIFUL HOME IN THE COUNTRY, LESS THAN 4 MILES FROM CHELMSFORD.

Living a perfect rural lifestyle with wide open countryside around you in all directions may seem like a dream, but with all the facilities of a major city close by, great road links and a fast railway service to London, a new home at Bellway’s new development can make that dream an exciting reality.

The exclusive new development from master builders Bellway, offers a choice of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom family homes in the countryside close to the highly sought after village of Little Waltham in Essex. Perfectly appointed in a distinctly rural setting, it is also ideally located for easy access to Chelmsford which lies approximately four miles to the south.

The new development is adjacent to the Clifford Estate, which offers 300 acres of Parkland with spectacular views, 27 excellent golf holes, a 22 bay driving range and a choice of sophisticated restaurants and brasseries.

Ancient, unspoiled and beautiful, the village of Little Waltham to the north also offers a number of good facilities, including a highly regarded CofE primary school, a Grade II listed traditional village pub with tempting Tapas Bar, village store, doctor’s surgery, cricket club, monthly food and craft market, a Montessori Nursery school - and even yoga classes!

To the south, Chelmsford is a thriving and sophisticated Essex city with more excellent educational facilities including King Edward VI Grammar School and the County High School for Girls, as well as the renowned Felsted and New Hall schools. The city’s leisure and shopping facilities are simply superb. The city boasts two theatres as well as a multi-screen Odeon cinema and the Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre, with three swimming pools, ice rink, gym and studios. Chelmsford also offers a vibrant nightlife scene with many nightclubs, pubs, wine bars and restaurants in the city centre area. Shopping facilities are excellent. There are two shopping malls and three retail parks, offering all the best high street names, while the area around Baddow Road and Moulsham Street is home to many boutiques and quality independent stores. There are plans for a large John Lewis to open during 2013 - and a choice of Sainsbury’s, Asda and Morrison’s supermarkets.

Less than four miles from the development, Chelmsford’s mainline railway station offers a fast, frequent service straight into London Liverpool Street in around 35 minutes. It also offers services into Ipswich in approximately 50 minutes. Road connections are good too, with the A12 offering a connection to the M25 at Junction 28 and access to East London, or to Colchester and Ipswich to the north-east. The A414 offers fast, direct access to the M11. If you need to fly for business or for pleasure, Stansted Airport is only a 25-30 minute drive away.
