St. Mary’s Hill is just one mile south of the attractive market town of Blandford, sited by the River Stour and about 13 miles north west of Poole. The A354 is just a few minutes’ drive from the development and provides a route into the beautiful cathedral city of Salisbury in just 35 minutes, while the coastal town of Bournemouth is around 40 minutes away, via the A350.

Transport connections in the area are good, with convenient links to surrounding towns and cities. The popular commuter area of Dorset can be reached in under 20 minutes via the A354, while Poole is around 13 miles from home, via the A350. Poole Railway Station runs on the South Western Main Line, with regular services to both Weymouth and London Waterloo, while international travel is provided by Bournemouth airport, around 18 miles from the development by car.
