The planned development will be close to several popular points of interests including museums and art galleries, adventure activities, and natural attractions. Cultural hotspots include Milton Keynes Museum, a four-minute drive away, and Milton Keynes Theatre, which will be just five miles away.  

Greenleys Gardens will be ideally located close to an array of natural spaces, with Ouse Valley Park, a large reserve, just a four-minute drive away. Another natural oasis, South Loughton Valley Park will be seven miles away. Situated inside this park are the tranquil Teardrop Lakes, ideal for countryside walks. Other natural hotspots include Furzton and Willen lakes, both a short 10-minute drive away. Visitors at Willen Lake can also get involved in watersport and treetop adventure activities. The development will be six-and-a-half miles away from Elfield Nature Park.  

Nearby recreational activities will include Xscape Milton Keynes and Planet Ice, both within a 10-minute drive away from Greenleys Gardens. Activities at Xscape include indoor skydiving, bowling, and snowsports. London will be just over a half-hour train journey away, while Northampton will take just over 30 minutes by car.   

The development will be just two miles away from the small market town of Stony Stratford, with the area dubbed “The Jewel of Milton Keynes”.   

For younger children, St Mary’s Magdalene Catholic Primary School is highly favoured by parents and will be just under half a mile away. Greenleys First School is another popular choice and will take just under 10 minutes on foot.  

Sought-after educational options for older pupils include The Radcliffe School, which will be one-and-a-half miles away from the proposed development. Slated Row School, another popular choice, will be one mile away. 

Milton Keynes College will be a 15-minute drive away, with a selection of sixth forms nearby including The Radcliffe Sixth Form School and The Hazeley Academy Sixth Form. 

For higher education options, The University of Bedfordshire and The University of Buckingham will be a 40-minute drive and a 20-minute drive away, respectively. Both Queen Mary University of London and King’s College London will be easily accessible from Milton Keynes station, with trains to the former taking an hour and a half, and the latter just over an hour.  

Milton Keynes Central train station will be just three miles away, with direct links to London and Birmingham taking just under an hour. Milton Keynes Bus Station will be around seven miles away from the development, while closer bus stops will be under 10 minutes away on foot.  

Milton Keynes benefits from a well-connected road network, with the future development planned to have easy access to major A and M roads; the H3 Monks Way Junction will be just under two miles away and takes commuters to Hinckley, Luton, and London. Junction 14 of the M1 will be just under seven miles away, with easy access to the north and south.  

Luton Airport will be a 40-minute drive away, with Greenleys Gardens planned to be 60 and 65 miles from East Midlands Airport and Birmingham Airport respectively.  

Milton Keynes city centre will be a 10-minute drive away from the development and has a host of popular stores, with the main section for shopping being The Centre, an impressive shopping area which benefits from a number of popular retailers. Wolverton, which will be just over two miles away, has a host of convenience and independent stores. Greenleys Gardens will have easy access to London’s many shopping options, and the charming nearby market town of Stony Stratford has an array of boutique shops, just under two miles away from the development. 

The development will be close to several popular restaurants, with Stony Stratford having several sought-after eateries. The Hub Milton Keynes is another area favoured by locals looking for food and drinking options, and sits within the centre.
